Personal care includes assisting you with the everyday task. Our services include bathing, showering, washing & drying hair, shaving, dressing, undressing, toileting, mobility, medical reminder, meals preparation, feeding and other complex care.
Household management services include assistance with everyday household tasks that people may be struggling to complete. E.g. cleaning, laundry, ironing, vacuuming or mopping the floors, doing the dishes, dusting, shopping assistance, transport assistance, etc. Our shopping assistance service is governed by strict rules around receipts and money handling to ensure your security & satisfaction. All Support Workers transporting clients have a clean & current drivers license & can provide their own car or use the clients as preferred.
Social support involves physical support or transportation to the shops, events, church & other social activities; mental support, companionship, information sharing & connect you with other agencies to improve your wellbeing.
We provide in-home respite care to support the quality of living of the client, their whānau & people providing on-going support. Respite support is based on assessed needs & may be scheduled on a regular basis or in times of emergency
We deliver Carer support & short stay services, funded by the Ministry of Health or the DHB, to give carers, family & whānau a rest, while ensuring that the person they care for gets the care & support they need in the meantime.

All initial assessments are performed by Clinical Coordinators who are Registered Nurses. They work with the clients & their families to ensure they understand and are fully informed about the services that we deliver.
