A former Deputy Prime Minister (1998–99) in the National Government (1990–99), Wyatt was a Cabinet Minister for nine years and held a wide range of ministerial portfolios including Health, Education, Employment, Revenue and Deputy Finance. Wyatt served as a Member of Parliament for 14 years and is a Member of the Privy Council and a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

Josephine (Jo) Gagan is the Founder and former Chief Executive of Geneva Healthcare. In May 2018, she was appointed Group Chief Executive of New Zealand Health Group Ltd, our holding company.
Jo has a keen focus on understanding the customer journey and enhancing it through new customer service innovations. Through her vision, Geneva Healthcare has become a leading force in our industry, known for our technology-driven innovations and our world class healthcare services.
In recognition of her contribution to the industry, Jo was named a finalist in the 2015 Women of Influence Awards.
As a third generation nurse, Jo inherited her desire to care for the community from her mother and grandmother. Prior to founding Geneva Healthcare, Jo had fifteen years of clinical nursing and health management experience both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
She was also one of the first students to complete the post graduate Diploma of Management (Health Services) at The University of Auckland's Graduate School of Business. She has also been the longest serving CEO amongst the lead service providers in the New Zealand healthcare industry.
John’s goal for many years has been to achieve effective and efficient team-based processes that support high quality, patient-centred, evidence-based care in the primary care setting. He has thirty years of experience in NZ general practice, and six years working in DHBs. He is a Director and ex Chair of the Apollo Medical Centre, and an ex Director of The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) where he was awarded an honorary Distinguished Fellowship for his contribution to Quality Improvement, and continues to Chair their Quality Advisory Committee. He is Primary Care Clinical Lead for the Healthcare Quality and Safety Commission, Chairing their Primary Care Expert Advisory Group. John is also a Director of Geneva Healthcare. Relaxation revolves around family, gardening and tennis.
Veronica (Ronni) Manion is a formidable Chief Executive, well equipped to set a clear course and lead Geneva Healthcare to new heights. She brings to her role loyalty, an astute understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive the business to produce outstanding results in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
As General Manager of Operations, she contributed to the stellar growth of the company by managing acquisitions and innovative strategic projects to completion. Ronni continues to ensure the needs of our Clients, Staff and Funders are met as we deliver the highest quality of service.
With a Bachelor of Nursing, Ronni joined Geneva Healthcare in 2005. Through the years, she has managed both the Recruitment Staffing and the Service Delivery business pillars, including Home and Community Support, National Quality, Clinical Management, HR and Training.
Ronni’s inherent ability to get people on board, mentor and motivate everyone, has helped Geneva Healthcare to reach its current size and trusted status.
