The Role: Registered Nurse | Theatre

We are seeking experienced perioperative registered nurses to work in our temporary services team- ideally someone wanting part time or casual work to meet an increasing demand for theatre nurses.

Agency nursing can offer you the flexibility and work life balance to work around your commitments. Every so often we would pre booking you ahead of schedule so you’ll know in advance when you will be required- We work with your availability!

You will have previous experience in a theatre environment (sedating, scrubbing, circulating and assisting) and a strong set of skills including assessing and monitoring, a natural ability of easing anxiety and ensuring patients physical and emotional comforts.

Location: Across Auckland

Shifts: Monday – Friday with a 0730 start and 8 hour shifts

What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
• At least 2 years recent RN experience in theatre (sedating, scrubbing, circulating and assisting)
• Proven passion for and desire to provide outstanding care to patients
• Must have a valid CPR
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to be eligible to work as a healthcare professional
