Support Worker – Oruawharo

We at Geneva Healthcare are currently looking for Support Workers to work with our client based in Oruawharo. Our client needs assistance with daily chores, personal cares, medication and exercise. This is more than just a job – you will be providing invaluable support.

This is a role where no two days are the same. You will have the ability to work one on one with our clients, to ensure they live their best life possible.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver’s license & own transport.
• Must have right to work in NZ.
• Must have a clean and valid police check.

As a Support Worker you will have the following attributes:

• Hoist experience preferrable
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Promote independence in the home.
• Mobility assistance.
• Create a direct meaningful impact on the lives of people in the community.
• Bring in your commitment, compassion and your communication skills.
