Support Worker- Leave Cover | Waipu

Geneva Healthcare – New Zealand’s most trusted homecare brand is seeking caring and dependable Support Workers to provide quality care for our clients across Waipu & Mangawhai. In this role, you’ll step in to cover shifts when regular staff are on leave, ensuring our clients continue receiving the support they need to live comfortably and independently at home. While the role requires flexibility with your availability, you’ll also benefit from the reassurance of guaranteed hours each week.

What the role involves:

• Aiding with personal care, including showering, feeding, and medication oversight

• Encouraging exercise and independence in the home

What we’re looking for:

• A willingness to learn new skills and take on training provided

• Confidence in handling cares independently

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

• A clean and valid NZ driver licence
