What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including RNs, ENs, nurse prescribers, and healthcare assistants.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, and resource management.
  • Drive performance through staff development, KPI alignment, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Champion Māori health equity and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations.
  • Ensure clinical excellence through evidence-based practice, audit compliance, and patient-centred care.

What You’ll Bring:

  • NZ Registered Nurse with current APC and at least 5 years’ clinical experience.
  • Proven leadership in a clinical setting—ideally as a Deputy Charge Nurse or Lead Nurse.
  • Strong communication, delegation, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in nurse-led clinics and a commitment to health equity.
  • Postgraduate qualification (or willingness to commence within 12 months).
