About the Role

This full-time (40 hours/week) Charge Nurse position is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work both on the floor and in the admin space, supporting nursing teams and leading clinical operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching and mentoring nursing staff
• Overseeing clinical standards and workflows
• Supporting education and funding model implementation
• Driving excellence in patient care

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Nurse with 7+ years’ experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Authorised vaccinator and cervical smear taker
• Strong background in general practice nursing
• Familiarity with Medtech 32 or Evolution systems
• Confident working across multiple sites and teams
