Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
🔹 Advocacy and mediation skills
🔹 Experience in disability support and working with high complex needs clients
🔹 Cultural sensitivity and willingness to promote opportunities for Māori and Pasifika
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Basic knowledge of New Zealand Sign Language (preferred but not required)
