We make the referral process simple, fast, and accessible. Whether you’re a health professional, a funder, a support agency, or a family member, our team ensures the people you support get the services they need as quickly as possible. We work closely with Te Whatu Ora, ACC, Needs Assessment & Service Coordination (NASC) organisations, and community partners across Aotearoa to provide high-quality home and community support services.

Skilled and qualified workforce Over 7,500 Support Workers, Nurses, and Clinical Specialists are trained through our own registered training provider, ensuring high standards and consistent quality of care.
Strong partnerships with funders We work closely with ACC, Te Whatu Ora, NASC agencies, and local providers, making referrals seamless and ensuring clients receive the right level of support.
Comprehensive support services From basic home help to high and complex clinical care, we can support a wide range of needs—short-term, long-term, or specialised.
