To ensure that we give the best support to all our Geneva Clients and Support Workers, our new Homecare Coordination team go through an 8-week training programme designed to provide them with all the right skills to get them off to the right start.
This week we congratulate both Hayley and Vinita for completing the Induction Training Course. Both are now part of Geneva's Client Management Team. Coming from different industries and backgrounds, this was a different experience for both of them, and they graduated with ease. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and cannot wait to see them fly.

Hayley has joined the Client Management team for our Regional Taranaki portfolio. She has done fantastic work with her Clients and Support Workers in her area, which has made her more passionate about the role. Her bright and bubbly personality has made her an excellent asset to the team.
I have found working for Geneva very interesting coming from a funder background. It is challenging but rewarding being in the Healthcare industry. My team have been very supportive and helped me with all the challenges that I have faced so far.
Vinita has come with previous experience from the industry joining Geneva from one of the funders. She has learnt how different it is working for the provider. Her knowledge of working with complex Clients has been a great asset to her team and Geneva. Her calm and robust demeanour makes her a perfect fit for the Clients that she works with.
