Living My Life is a flexible disability support service that enables you to do what’s important to you, go and live where you want to, and share your life with those who matter to you. We work alongside you to help you achieve your goals and live the way you want to.
We will work alongside you to develop a visual map of the things that are important to you and plan a way on how you can achieve them.
We will assist you to find and connect to the supports and services in your community that will help you achieve what’s important to you.
Supporting you to gain and practise the skills that you need to achieve the things that are important to you, for example, getting a job, transitioning from school and having a place to live etc.
A short term support service to assist you to learn about self-management, develop the tools and determine the ongoing supports you may require to manage your budget and direct your services.
With Geneva’s Living My Life service package, you and your family have easy access anytime, anywhere to your support details online through your personal login for My Homecare, Geneva’s latest digital innovation. You will be able to manage your care as much as you want, search for available services, change and book supports, and view your Personal Support Statement and Budget Balance anytime.
