Geneva Healthcare is currently looking for Support Workers who are energetic, willing to learn, and have a caring, fun, and compassionate nature, to assist our client based in Dargaville. This is more than just a job; you will be providing invaluable support.

In this role, no two days are the same. You will have the ability to work one on one with our clients, to ensure they live their best life possible.

Requirements:

  • Qulaification in Healthcare/ diability support or related field
  • Competency in emergency management.
  • Confident to handle cares independently.
  • Must have a clean and valid NZ driving licence.
  • Must be eligible to work in NZ.
  • Subject to clean police clearance check.
  • Able to commit to the shifts.

Tasks:

  • Confident driving mobility van.
  • Assist with supporting activities such as gym, swimming and various art projects.
  • Assist with personal cares and homehelp.

Shifts:

  • Tuesday 8:00 AM – 04:00 PM

*with an opportunity to pick up more work.
