The Team Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless delivery of care for our young client who lives with dystonic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Focusing on continuous improvement and continuity of care, the clinical lead is the conduit between the family, care agency, specialised services and the care team. It is imperative that you will bring your management experience to this role
The team includes Registered Nurses, Support Workers, Allied Health professionals and specialist clinicians due to this child facing a number of clinical challenges including dystonia, pain, regular respiratory infections that require at times hospitalisation and medical management.
