Geneva Healthcare is currently looking for a support worker who can help assist our client who suffers from Cerebral Palsy. She requires Support staff to assist with personal cares (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) and basic home help (meal preparation, vacuuming, laundry).
Due to the nature of the cares required, and given this role is one on one, someone who has a background in healthcare and is willing to be trained further to assist, would be ideal for this role.
Shift times:
Need to be available for either a Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday (9am - 2pm)
Requirements:
- Clean driver's license as well as own reliable transport as you are required to travel between clients' homes to complete assignments
- Prior healthcare experience desirable
- Live in Wellsford area or surrounding areas
- Eligible to work in NZ
- A valid smartphone - running iOS 10+ or higher, or Android 5+ (Don't have one? You can still apply - we have options available to secure a phone with weekly payments)
