Geneva Healthcare operates 24/7 with our After Hours team playing an imperative role in the smooth running of this service.
The role will require:
- Inbound Calls
- Phone Queue
- Covering relief
- Rostering and Scheduling
- Matching the right support worker with our clients
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Database Management
- Previous Call Centre Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Word & Excel
- Proven telephone and customer service skills
- The ability to manage high volume calls
- The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
You will need to be extremely confident with email and database management as it is a core component to this fast pace role. You will be required to handle inbound phone calls whilst maintaining a caring and empathetic approach.
