Our Recruitment Process

Candidate Screening
Within two weeks of receiving your application we will advise you by email whether your skills and experience meet our screening criteria and whether you have been short listed for further processing.  This process may include an initial phone screen and or an email with a request for some additional information.

Interviews
Interviews are typically face to face wherever possible but maybe by phone initially for regional and international positions.  Interviews are both behavioural and competency based.

Psychometric Testing
For permanent positions, all shortlisted candidates are asked to complete psychometric testing.  We are currently using the CAT test and the more in-depth Hogan Assessments.  Hogan Assessments are taken on line and candidates are provided with verbal feedback as to their profile.  We will also advise how the profiles fits with the suitability for the role.

Other pre employment screening or verification
Dependant on the job you are applying for, it may be that additional pre employment screening may be required.  This may include police checks, work visa or residency verification.

Other key things we may consider are any previous recruitment (and or Geneva Health) experience, any previous relevant training and education.
